What is RealRaise?

RealRaise is an online marketplace that empowers individuals to invest in private commercial real estate opportunities at an institutional level. Once a user sets up an account, they can peruse available investment options, familiarise themselves with the sponsors and evaluate potential investment opportunities.

Account Creation

Do I need to be an accredited investor to invest with RealRaise?

Yes, currently, all RealRaise investors need to be accredited. For the full definition of an "accredited investor", please see the glossary.

Do I need to provide any documentation?

What is the minimum investment amount for projects offered on RealRaise?

The minimum will start as low as $25,000 but will vary from offering to offering. The investment minimum typically ranges between $50,000 – $100,000.

I would like to raise capital via RealRaise, what is the process?

To begin the process of becoming a sponsor, please review the Sponsor Criteria to ensure that you meet the requirements. If you meet the criteria, please email our team at info@realraise.com.au to schedule a virtual or in person meeting.

As part of the application process, you'll need to complete an application and provide a complete real estate schedule of your current portfolio and all exited investments.
